Three disciplines.
Zero hand-offs.
Every Zorm engagement and every platform we build is the product of these three disciplines working as one — not siloed departments, but a single practice pointed at the experience your customer actually feels.
Why hand-offs are the problem
The usual arrangement is a brand agency, a development shop and a managed-services vendor, each owning a third of the outcome and none of them owning the result. The brand arrives as a PDF, the build interprets it, and the operator inherits something nobody wants to touch.
Zorm removes the boundaries rather than managing them. The person who decided the positioning is in the room when the interface gets designed, and the team that shipped it is the team that still runs it a year later.
