A case study is a story told by the person who wants your money. A product you can open, sign into and use is a different kind of claim. Every platform above carries the whole practice inside it — the naming and identity, the interface, the code, the hosting, and the operating layer that keeps it running after launch. If we could not do the work, these would not exist.
