These terms govern your use of iMind. They're plain-spoken on purpose — if anything's unclear, write us at hello@imind.example.
1. What iMind is
iMind is a platform for sharing what you want and seeing who else wants the same thing. We aggregate intent. We don't sell products directly, and we don't make claims on behalf of suppliers who respond to demand.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for the activity that happens under your account. We'll do our best to keep accounts secure and never sell or transfer your personal data outside what's described in our privacy policy.
3. What you can post
Intents you post should describe real wants, needs, or interests. Don't post spam, illegal content, or anything intended to harass another user. We reserve the right to remove content and accounts that violate this in spirit or letter.
4. Suppliers and offers
Offers submitted by businesses on iMind are made directly to demand groups. We verify business identity but do not warrant the quality of any offer. Transactions happen between you and the supplier — iMind facilitates the connection.
5. Termination
You can delete your account anytime from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms after reasonable notice.
6. Limitation of liability
iMind is provided as-is. We're not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the platform. For any direct losses, our liability is capped at the fees you've paid us (which for consumers is $0).
7. Changes to these terms
If we make material changes, we'll notify you in-app and by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
These are scaffolded prototype terms — replace with reviewed legal language before launch.
