Short version: we collect what's needed to help you express demand and see the collective. We never sell your data. You control visibility.
What we collect
- Account info: name, email, password hash, optional avatar and bio.
- Intents: what you post, the AI-structured version, the categories and tags derived from it.
- Group membership: which demand groups you've joined or built.
- Engagement: what you save, compare, message about — aggregated by AI to improve your experience.
- Technical: IP, browser type, session cookies. Standard server logs.
What we never do
- Sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
- Reveal your identity to suppliers without your consent.
- Track you across the web with third-party advertising pixels.
What suppliers see
By default, suppliers see aggregated, anonymized demand: group size, geographic region, budget ranges, common attributes. They do not see your name, email, or specific identity unless you initiate a direct message.
Your controls
- Default intent visibility is "similar users only" — not public. Change it in Settings.
- Profile can be partial, full, or anonymous.
- You can opt out of any aggregated reporting from Settings → Privacy.
- You can export or delete all your data from Settings → Account.
How we secure your data
Encrypted at rest and in transit. Limited internal access on a need-to-know basis. Regular security reviews. We'll notify you within 72 hours of any incident affecting your data.
